This course includes basic and advanced skills of shamanic journeying, exploration of the non-ordinary reality to bring about healing for the self and healing for others in our community. Power animal, soul retrieval, connection with our guides and introduction to the teachings of the medicine wheel are included in the course. No previous experience of shamanism necessary.

Meditation is a proven means of reducing stress and achieving personal growth. Working as a channel, Mark's fridays meditations themes flows according to the energy and needs of individuals present. Visualisation, breath work and relaxation are part of his work. All welcome.

Every friday after Mark's meditation the group work together channelling healing energy for our Planet, concentrating on places of distress and war zones. If you can't travel to join the group, we invite you to light a candle with intent to support the healing energy work.
