This course includes basic and advanced skills of shamanic journeying, exploration of the non-ordinary reality to bring about healing for the self and healing for others. Power animal, soul retrieval, communication with guides and introduction to the teachings of the medicine wheel are included in the course. No previous experience of shamanism necessary.

 

 

 

 

Shamanic Guided Meditation - with Mark Halliday

On going group every Friday except during school holidays                                                                                               

Drop in group - 7:00pm - 8:15pm £7 / £6 / £5


Meditation is a proven means of reducing stress and achieving personal growth. Working as a channel, Mark's fridays meditations themes flows according to the energy and needs of individuals present. Visualisation, breath work and relaxation are part of this work. All welcome.
