About me Anika Wycislik: I have been inspired by many teachers in my life. I hold deep honor and gratitude for them and their work. Each of them are very significant on my path and helped me through the barrier that I had to break through. Some of them very nourishing and just loving, some of them very disciplined and harsh. Some of them broke my heart, some of them helped me to birth myself again and again, some of them inspired me, all these experiences are deeply cherished within me.

 I see each being that I meet on my way as a most beautiful gift on my path from whom I am inspired and from whom I receive teachings. This applies to my clients as well. In a healing session a client enters a therapeutic/healing relationship and teaches me about their worlds and their feelings. On that journey I am present with all my skills, teachers and tools so when the person is ready they can experiment and learn how to use them to enjoy , heal or  build, create, strengthen or change their world.

Help that I offer takes whatever shape is needed for each unique individual. Sometimes it is enough to simply come and sit with You so you can raise your vibrational level. 

Acceptance and relaxation is a key feeling in my work as I strongly believe that behind acceptance there is a power that drives us to change and to grow. Sometimes a ritual or a ceremony needs to be performed in order to say good-bye to old patterns and hello to new ones. Sometimes some ceremonies take place in nature as it is much easier to do it with elemental support and with trees and rocks that have been there much longer than our little selves.
